Welcome to Lei Fitness (hereinafter “the App” or “we”). We value your privacy. This policy explains how we currently collect, use, store and protect your data, and the choices you have.

This policy applies to your use of Lei Fitness on iOS, iPadOS, and watchOS devices. If you do not agree with any part of this policy, please stop using the App.

With your explicit consent, we may access workout and health data (including via Apple HealthKit) such as heart rate, distance, pace, cadence, calories and workout sessions, solely to provide local fitness features. We do not upload this data to our own servers in the current version.

For outdoor workouts, we may use your location (GPS) to record routes and calculate distance and pace. We do not upload your location to our own servers in the current version. You can disable location access at any time in system settings.

We may store limited runtime logs locally (e.g. app version, basic error messages) to help debugging. These logs are not automatically uploaded to remote servers. You may choose to send them to us manually when requesting support.

The current version of the App does not require user accounts and does not use iCloud or custom backend servers for sync. All data stays on your device and in Apple system services you explicitly authorize (such as HealthKit).
We use your data to provide core workout tracking features, generate basic statistics, and improve stability and user experience.
Workout data and settings are stored on your device. With HealthKit enabled, some data is stored in Apple’s Health database. We do not upload your workout data to our own servers. Deleting the App will generally remove local data (but not data already stored in HealthKit).

The current version does not integrate third-party analytics, ad SDKs, or social SDKs. We do not sell or share your fitness or health data with third parties. Limited disclosure may occur only when required by law.

You may review your workout history in the App, delete local data by uninstalling the App, revoke permissions (location, Health, notifications) in system settings, and contact us for questions or assistance.
本应用主要面向具有完全民事行为能力的成年人，不针对儿童设计。 如您为未成年人监护人并认为我们在未获同意的情况下收集了未成年人信息，请尽快与我们联系，我们会尽快予以删除或做相应处理。
The App is not directed at children. If you believe we have collected data from a minor without proper consent, please contact us and we will take appropriate steps to remove such information.

We may update this policy from time to time as features or laws change. For material changes, we will notify you within the App or by other appropriate means and seek your consent where required.
