Welcome to Lei Fitness (hereinafter “the App” or “we”). We value your privacy. This policy explains how we collect, use, store, share and protect your data, and the choices you have.

This policy applies to your use of Lei Fitness on iOS, iPadOS, watchOS, and Android devices. If you do not agree with any part of this policy, please stop using the App.

With your explicit consent, we may access workout and health data (including via Apple HealthKit) such as heart rate, distance, pace, cadence, calories and workout sessions, solely to provide local fitness features. By default, such data is processed locally or via Apple system services you authorize. If you choose to sign in and enable “Workout Records Cloud Sync” in settings, we may upload and process the minimum necessary workout data on our servers for multi-device use and restore. This feature is optional and can be turned off at any time. If we introduce an action recognition training program in the future, we will obtain separate consent where required (especially for sensitive personal information).

For outdoor workouts, we may use your location (GPS) to record routes and calculate distance and pace. By default, we do not upload your location to our servers. If you enable “Workout Records Cloud Sync” in settings and your workout includes outdoor routes, we may upload the route (latitude/longitude and timestamps) as part of the synced workout record for restore/multi-device use. You can turn this off at any time. You can disable location access at any time in system settings.
Background & Silent Mode: During outdoor workouts (e.g., running, cycling, hiking), the App may continue to access your location in the background to ensure complete route tracking. We do NOT collect location data in the background or silent mode unless you have actively started an outdoor workout session. Background location access is activated only during an active workout and stops automatically when the workout ends.

We may collect limited device/runtime diagnostics (e.g., app/system version, device model, basic error logs). When you use online features such as sign-in, cloud sync, and multi-device login, we may record limited server-side access logs (e.g., timestamps, status codes, IP address) to protect service security and reliability. You may also choose to send additional logs to us when requesting support.

We provide optional account registration/sign-in for cloud sync and multi-device access. When you use these features, we may process your phone number (for sign-in and verification), verification records, synced basic workout data/settings, and session/security information (device identifiers, login time, IP address, OS/app version, etc.). We do not use your phone number for advertising or marketing.
为提升动作识别体验，我们可能在未来提供“动作识别模型训练/改进计划”等能力。该类能力默认不启用，且在启用前会以显著方式向您说明并依法取得您的单独同意（涉及敏感个人信息时）。 当前版本该类数据采集/训练功能未启用。若未来启用，可能涉及的数据类型包括：

We may offer an “Action Recognition Improvement Program” in the future. It is disabled by default and, if introduced, we will clearly inform you and obtain separate consent (especially for sensitive personal information). If enabled in the future, it may involve Apple Watch workout-related data (e.g., motion sensor data with timestamps, workout type, labels if any, and relevant intensity stats such as heart rate) for model training and improvement. We will apply safeguards such as de-identification and encrypted transmission and provide opt-out mechanisms.
当您主动选择导入音频文件以使用音频处理/音乐分离等功能时，本应用会在您的设备本地读取并处理您所选的音频内容， 并可能在本地生成处理后的音频文件或临时文件。 除非我们在特定版本中另行明确告知并征得您的授权，本应用不会将您导入的音频内容上传至我们的自有服务器或第三方服务器。 您可通过应用内功能或系统方式自行删除相关文件。
When you choose to import audio files to use audio processing/separation features, the App reads and processes the selected audio locally on your device and may generate output or temporary files locally. Unless we explicitly inform you and obtain your consent in a specific version, we do not upload your imported audio to our servers or third-party servers. You can delete related files via in-app features or system settings.
当您使用“图片AI识别”功能时（例如识别图片中的菜品/物体并给出参考信息等），在您主动选择图片并发起识别的前提下，我们可能会收集和处理以下信息：

When you use the Image AI Recognition feature (e.g., recognizing food/items in an image), with your explicit action to upload and recognize, we may process: (i) the selected image content, and (ii) technical information necessary to complete the request (device/app version, request identifiers, error diagnostics, etc.). We do not perform face recognition or facial feature analysis in this feature, and we do not use your images/results for model training unless we explicitly inform you and obtain separate consent in a future version.
We use your data to provide core workout tracking features, generate basic statistics, improve stability and user experience, and to provide the Image AI Recognition feature when you explicitly initiate an image recognition request.
Workout data and settings are stored on your device. With HealthKit enabled, some data is stored in Apple’s Health database. When you sign in and enable cloud sync / multi-device login, certain basic data and security logs may be stored on our servers to provide the service. Imported audio and processed outputs (if any) are typically stored locally and are not uploaded by default. For Image AI Recognition, selected images may be processed on the server and retained for no more than 15 days, then deleted or irreversibly de-identified. We apply reasonable security measures such as encrypted transmission and access controls.

Third-Party SDK Background & Silent Mode: (1) AMap Location/Map SDK may access location data in the background during outdoor workouts for route tracking—active only when you start a workout, stops when workout ends. (2) Tencent Cloud CLS SDK may collect crash/runtime logs in the background for stability monitoring—can be disabled in app settings. (3) Other SDKs (WeChat, QQ, Weibo, Alipay, Douyin, Kuaishou, Xiaomi, vivo, OPPO, Huawei, Honor login/share SDKs, and Alibaba Cloud Tongyi) do NOT collect personal information in background or silent mode—they only process data when you actively trigger the corresponding feature.

图片AI识别的第三方处理者：为实现图片识别能力，我们可能会将您在识别场景下主动上传的图片及识别所必需的技术信息，提供给第三方云服务/大模型能力提供方进行处理，例如：阿里云通义大模型。 该第三方作为独立运营主体，可能会根据其服务协议与隐私政策处理相关数据。我们会在符合法律法规及本政策的前提下，尽可能采取最小必要、访问控制与安全传输等措施，并对第三方的使用范围进行合理管理。
除上述情形外，仅在以下情况下，我们可能会在符合法律法规的前提下处理或披露必要信息：
We do not sell your workout/health data to third parties and do not integrate third-party ad SDKs. For SMS verification, we may share your phone number and necessary template parameters with an SMS provider (e.g., Tencent Cloud SMS) to deliver verification codes. For Image AI Recognition, we may share the selected image and necessary technical information with a third-party cloud model provider to process your request, such as Alibaba Cloud Tongyi. The third party may process data under its own terms and privacy policy. We apply reasonable safeguards and limit the scope of such sharing. Limited disclosure may also occur when required by law or to protect legitimate rights, or during corporate transactions as permitted by law.
在使用「雷动」的过程中，您享有以下权利：
You may review your workout history in the App, delete local data by uninstalling the App (excluding HealthKit data), revoke permissions (location, Health, camera, photos, notifications) in system settings, turn off “Workout Records Cloud Sync” in settings (if enabled), delete imported audio and any locally generated outputs (if applicable), and for Image AI Recognition you may delete records/images via in-app controls (if available) or request deletion via Contact Us. Images are retained for no more than 15 days, then deleted or irreversibly de-identified.
本应用主要面向具有完全民事行为能力的成年人，不针对儿童设计。 如您为未成年人监护人并认为我们在未获同意的情况下收集了未成年人信息，请尽快与我们联系，我们会尽快予以删除或做相应处理。
The App is not directed at children. If you believe we have collected data from a minor without proper consent, please contact us and we will take appropriate steps to remove such information.
随着功能调整或法律法规变化，我们可能会不时更新本隐私政策。 当政策发生重大变更时，我们会在应用内或通过其他适当方式提示您，并在必要时再次征求您的同意。
We may update this policy from time to time as features or laws change. For material changes, we will notify you within the App or by other appropriate means and seek your consent where required.
